These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of [www.glameare.in] (the "Website") and any purchase you make from it. Please read them carefully. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The Website is owned and operated by NSDVIBE CREATIONS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, under the brand name Glameare.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. About our products

Glameare sells imitation (fashion) jewellery. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page:

• Our products are made from base metals such as alloy, brass or stainless steel, with gold-tone or other plating
• Our products do not contain real gold, silver, diamonds or precious gemstones
• Stones used are artificial, such as cubic zirconia (American Diamond), glass or acrylic
• Plating may fade gradually with use, and exposure to water, sweat, perfume or chemicals

We make every effort to show products accurately. However, colours and finish may look slightly different due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements and weights are approximate. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
• Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways such as Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one shown at the time you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email or message means we have received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery limitations or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Delivery, cancellation, replacement and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful content, or placing fraudulent orders.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Glameare name and logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics, belongs to NSDVIBE CREATIONS LLP or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Website uses third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners and hosting providers. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their independent actions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NSDVIBE CREATIONS LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify NSDVIBE CREATIONS LLP against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or courier and network disruptions.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
